The Founder Edit — One Day. Two AI Employees. Built by You.
A Live Build Event for Established Female Founders

Name the Two Employees
You’ve Always Wanted.
You’ll Build Them Today.

One day. Two custom AI agents. Live, guided, and yours before you drive home.

You built a business that works — but somewhere along the way, you became the one keeping it running. This isn’t a seminar. It’s a build session. Show up at 10am with the business you have. Leave at 2pm with two AI employees doing the work you’ve been doing alone.

“You are the strategy. The content. The systems.
Somewhere along the way, you became
the bottleneck.

— The Founder Edit

You’ve already done the hard part.
This is the part that makes it worth it.

You’re not struggling because you’re not smart enough, not working hard enough, or not strategic enough. You’re struggling because you’re one person doing the work of five — and every tool you’ve tried just handed you a new job title.

The ceiling isn’t your ambition. It’s your capacity. And there’s only one real way through it.

  • You start every Monday with a full to-do list and end it with three new ones
  • You’ve tried delegation, automation tools, and productivity systems — and you’re still the one executing
  • Your ideas are bigger than your bandwidth
  • You know AI could help, but you don’t have time to figure out how — so you don’t
  • You can’t afford to hire, but you also can’t afford to stay this stretched

The founders who scale aren’t working harder. They’ve built systems that work without them.
That’s what October 23rd is for.

Introducing

The Founder Edit

A focused four-hour build session where established female founders build two custom AI agents — live, hands-on, and specific to their own business.

This is not a course. Not a workshop where you take notes and “implement later.” You show up at 10am, we build together, and you leave at 2pm with working AI employees that will change how your business runs — starting the very next morning.

We keep it to 20 founders so every build is specific. Every question gets answered. Every agent is yours.

What You’re Building

Two Employees. Built in Four Hours.

You’ll name them, scope them, train them, and launch them before you leave The Village Workspace.

01
AI Employee #1

Your Content & Voice Agent

Trained on your voice, your offers, and your audience. Creates content drafts, email sequences, and social copy that actually sounds like you — without you writing every word.

  • Drafts emails, captions, and sales copy on demand
  • Maintains your brand voice across every channel
  • Repurposes existing content into new formats
  • Responds to your prompts in seconds, not days
02
AI Employee #2

Your Ops & Systems Agent

Your right hand for the behind-the-scenes work — SOPs, onboarding docs, client communications, and the operational tasks that eat hours you don’t have.

  • Builds SOPs and internal documentation
  • Drafts client-facing communications and proposals
  • Creates onboarding flows and repeatable systems
  • Handles intake, follow-ups, and operational admin

Both agents are built using Claude Cowork by Anthropic. You’ll have hands-on access and leave knowing exactly how to use and expand them.

October 23

10am to 2pm. Not a Minute Wasted.

Every block is intentional. Every session builds toward the same outcome: two AI employees, ready to work Monday morning.

10:00 am

Doors Open & Welcome Coffee

Arrive at The Village Workspace, get settled, and connect with the cohort. This is a small room of founders who get it — that starts here.

10:15 am

The Edit: Seeing Your Business Clearly

A facilitated exercise to identify exactly where your time is leaking — and which of those roles your AI agents will take over today.

10:45 am

Build Session 1 — Your Content & Voice Agent

We train your first AI employee: voice, tone, offer positioning, audience language. You’ll see it draft something on-brand before the session ends.

12:00 pm

Lunch Break (Included)

Catered, built into the day — no rushing out. Usually where the best conversations happen between founders.

12:30 pm

Build Session 2 — Your Ops & Systems Agent

Round two: we build the agent that handles your backend — SOPs, client communications, repeatable workflows. This is the one that gives you your mornings back.

1:30 pm

Integration, Hot Seat & Send-Off

How your two agents work together. What to build next. Open floor for your specific questions — answered before you leave. Drive home with two new employees.

2:00 pm

Close

Done by 2pm. Your agents are live. Your Monday just changed.

The Environment

This is not a conference.
It’s a build room.

The Founder Edit is held at The Village Workspace in Centennial — a focused, professional setting designed for exactly this kind of work. Intimate by design. Hands-on by necessity.

You won’t watch a deck. You won’t take notes to implement someday. You’ll build a real business asset and leave with it running.

  • Maximum 20 founders — every build is specific, not generic
  • Catered lunch included — no rushing out
  • Bring your laptop — everything is built in real time
  • No prerequisite tech knowledge required
  • Done by 2pm — you leave with deliverables, not just ideas
Deliverables

What You Walk Away With

Not a workbook. Not a recording. Real, working infrastructure for your business.

Two Custom AI Agents

Built, trained, and tested. Your content agent and your ops agent — live and ready to use before you leave The Village Workspace.

Your Brand Voice Library

A documented voice guide your AI agent uses — and that you can hand to any future hire, contractor, or tool.

Core SOPs

Your ops agent generates your first set of standard operating procedures during the build session. Real documentation, ready to use.

Hours Back Every Week

The work your agents handle won’t be on your plate Monday morning. The shift is immediate.

Your Expansion Roadmap

A Room of Peers

19 other founders who built the same day you did. That network doesn’t end when 2pm hits.

Questions

Everything You Want to Know

Do I need technical experience to attend?

No. You need a laptop and a working knowledge of your own business — that’s it. We guide every step of the build. Founders with zero AI experience have built and launched both agents in a single session.

What tools do I need access to?

Bring your laptop. You’ll need a Claude account (Anthropic’s AI platform) — we’ll walk through setup at the start if you haven’t done it. No other paid subscriptions required to participate.

Where exactly is the event?

The Village Workspace, 7173 Havana St #600, Centennial, CO 80112. Parking is available on site. Full logistics details are sent after registration.

How long is the early bird price available?

The early bird rate of $997 is available for a limited time — once it ends, the price increases to $1,197. There’s no announcement before it goes up. If you’re considering it, now is the time.

What if I already use AI tools in my business?

You’ll be ahead on the basics and spend more time on advanced agent configuration. The build sessions are flexible enough to meet you exactly where you are.

What is your refund policy?

Full details are in our terms and conditions.

Can I bring a business partner or team member?

Yes — each person needs their own seat. If you’re bringing two or more from the same business, email us at to confirm availability before purchasing.

Will there be future cohorts?

Possibly — but we don’t run these back-to-back. Each cohort is spaced intentionally. Follow us on Instagram to hear about the next one first.

Our Commitment

You Will Leave With Working AI Agents

That’s not marketing language — it’s the only outcome we build the session around. If at the end of the event you have not built and tested both agents due to a facilitation issue on our end, we will make it right. See our full commitment in the refund and guarantee policy.
