One day. Two custom AI agents. Live, guided, and yours before you drive home.
You built a business that works — but somewhere along the way, you became the one keeping it running. This isn’t a seminar. It’s a build session. Show up at 10am with the business you have. Leave at 2pm with two AI employees doing the work you’ve been doing alone.
“You are the strategy. The content. The systems.
Somewhere along the way, you became
the bottleneck.”
— The Founder Edit
You’re not struggling because you’re not smart enough, not working hard enough, or not strategic enough. You’re struggling because you’re one person doing the work of five — and every tool you’ve tried just handed you a new job title.
The ceiling isn’t your ambition. It’s your capacity. And there’s only one real way through it.
The founders who scale aren’t working harder.
They’ve built systems that work without them.
That’s what October 23rd is for.
A focused four-hour build session where established female founders build two custom AI agents — live, hands-on, and specific to their own business.
This is not a course. Not a workshop where you take notes and “implement later.” You show up at 10am, we build together, and you leave at 2pm with working AI employees that will change how your business runs — starting the very next morning.
We keep it to 20 founders so every build is specific. Every question gets answered. Every agent is yours.
You’ll name them, scope them, train them, and launch them before you leave The Village Workspace.
Trained on your voice, your offers, and your audience. Creates content drafts, email sequences, and social copy that actually sounds like you — without you writing every word.
Your right hand for the behind-the-scenes work — SOPs, onboarding docs, client communications, and the operational tasks that eat hours you don’t have.
Both agents are built using Claude Cowork by Anthropic. You’ll have hands-on access and leave knowing exactly how to use and expand them.
Every block is intentional. Every session builds toward the same outcome: two AI employees, ready to work Monday morning.
Arrive at The Village Workspace, get settled, and connect with the cohort. This is a small room of founders who get it — that starts here.
A facilitated exercise to identify exactly where your time is leaking — and which of those roles your AI agents will take over today.
We train your first AI employee: voice, tone, offer positioning, audience language. You’ll see it draft something on-brand before the session ends.
Catered, built into the day — no rushing out. Usually where the best conversations happen between founders.
Round two: we build the agent that handles your backend — SOPs, client communications, repeatable workflows. This is the one that gives you your mornings back.
How your two agents work together. What to build next. Open floor for your specific questions — answered before you leave. Drive home with two new employees.
Done by 2pm. Your agents are live. Your Monday just changed.
The Founder Edit is held at The Village Workspace in Centennial — a focused, professional setting designed for exactly this kind of work. Intimate by design. Hands-on by necessity.
You won’t watch a deck. You won’t take notes to implement someday. You’ll build a real business asset and leave with it running.
Not a workbook. Not a recording. Real, working infrastructure for your business.
Built, trained, and tested. Your content agent and your ops agent — live and ready to use before you leave The Village Workspace.
A documented voice guide your AI agent uses — and that you can hand to any future hire, contractor, or tool.
Your ops agent generates your first set of standard operating procedures during the build session. Real documentation, ready to use.
The work your agents handle won’t be on your plate Monday morning. The shift is immediate.
A clear map of what to build next — so you can keep growing your AI infrastructure without starting from scratch.
19 other founders who built the same day you did. That network doesn’t end when 2pm hits.

No. You need a laptop and a working knowledge of your own business — that’s it. We guide every step of the build. Founders with zero AI experience have built and launched both agents in a single session.
Bring your laptop. You’ll need a Claude account (Anthropic’s AI platform) — we’ll walk through setup at the start if you haven’t done it. No other paid subscriptions required to participate.
The Village Workspace, 7173 Havana St #600, Centennial, CO 80112. Parking is available on site. Full logistics details are sent after registration.
The early bird rate of $997 is available for a limited time — once it ends, the price increases to $1,197. There’s no announcement before it goes up. If you’re considering it, now is the time.
You’ll be ahead on the basics and spend more time on advanced agent configuration. The build sessions are flexible enough to meet you exactly where you are.

Possibly — but we don’t run these back-to-back. Each cohort is spaced intentionally. Follow us on Instagram to hear about the next one first.
That’s not marketing language — it’s the only outcome we build the session around. If at the end of the event you have not built and tested both agents due to a facilitation issue on our end, we will make it right. See our full commitment in the refund and guarantee policy.
Your seat is waiting. Your agents are ready to be built.
